Labor Rigby Consulting Services can train and manage your labor force, or may provide a crew to do the work. Supervisory skills include communicating in Spanish.

Harvest Decisions The fruits of your labor are about to pay off. We can help you make the important decision of when to harvest. There is nothing more important than walking through your vineyard and evaulating the taste, feel, and look of the berries to determine when they will be ready to harvest. Our harvest decisions are based on experience, as well as analysis of sugar and acid levels in grape berry samples. Other factors that may affect the harvest decision are degree of rot, upcoming weather, and the logistics of juggling many varieties at the winery.
